Brazilian Fuels Regulatory Agency & Grants Registration to DiesoLift™10
The ANP process required that DiesoLiFT™ 10 be tested for emissions and fuel efficiency, which was performed at The Institute of Technology for Development, LacTec (http://www.lactec.org), an accredited Brazilian independent test laboratory, prior to approval by The Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA). IBAMA (http://www.ibama.gov.br/) reported favorably on DiesoLiFT™ 10 to ANP, which upon further review issued the registration of IFT technology.
"This is an important recognition for IFT technology," said Dr. Sergio C. Trindade, IFT’s Director of Science and Technology. "DiesoLiFT™10 passed the highly demanding ANP registration process and can now be freely introduced into commerce in Brazil in any volume, as a registered fuel additive."
IFT is involved in a number of commercial opportunities in Brazil. Receiving ANP registration for DiesoLiFT™ 10 was essential to moving forward with many of these opportunities.
